REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY :
We are thankful to you for showing interest to subscribe to our service. We strongly recommend you to go through our refund policy before subscribing to our service.
Subscription can be canceled before service gets activated. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days.
No refunds can be claimed after the activation of service.
We take all measures to provide you accurate service but still You cannot claim refund for any typo error or late information or missed tender or for any missing information. We provide you information as it is published by the tendering authority.
You have to fill up all mandatory fields in the subscription form i.e. name, email id, your company name, contact details, contact address etc., carefully. We cannot be held responsible for any wrong information entered by you. You will receive Login ID and Password and daily alert about fresh tender on your registered email id or messenger app / sms message or as an app notification. You cannot claim refund If you don't receive any alert on your given email id or sms or other messenger app then you should get it resolved from your networking team.

BO (BUSINESS ORDINANCE) :
We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.

Termination :
Termination by Tendersupport: Tendersupport may terminate your use of the Services at any time, with or without cause.
Termination by You: You may terminate your use of the Services at any time by providing Tendersupport with written notice.

Intellectual Property :
Ownership: You retain ownership of your advertisements and any intellectual property rights therein.
License: By providing your advertisements to Tendersupport.in , you grant Tendersupport.in a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute your advertisements for the purpose of displaying them on the Services.

Advertisement Placement :
Placement:  Tendersuppor reserves the right to determine the placement and frequency of your advertisements within the app.
Content: You agree to provide advertisements that comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and Tendersupp's policies, including but not limited to those related to content, intellectual property, and privacy.
Targeting: Tendersupport.in may offer targeting options for your advertisements, such as targeting specific demographics or interests.
